Summer University of Lapland in brief
The Summer University of Lapland, founded in 1964 by local municipalities and authorities, is part of the Rovaniemi Municipal Federation of Education (REDU). It offers courses that are open to all, regardless of age or prior education. The Summer University is financed by the local municipalities and authorities and by the Ministry of Education.
